30-Night Sleep Better Guarantee: We want you to experience the difference bamboo bedding can make for your sleep. That's why we offer a 30-night sleep better guarantee on all mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows, and comforters. If you're not sleeping soundly after 30 nights, you can return your item for a full refund (minus original shipping costs).
Returns on Other Products: We gladly accept returns on all unworn and unwashed sleepwear (including children's and infant PJs) within 30 days of purchase.

- Return Authorization: You will receive a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Return Shipping: Please return your item(s) in their original packaging, if possible. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect in the product.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet our return policy criteria, we will issue a full refund (minus original shipping costs) to your original payment method within 5 business days.
